Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Parallel Agents website and services. By using our site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Services

Parallel Agents provides AI-powered marketing automation services on a monthly subscription basis. Services include content generation, social media management, email campaigns, ad management, SEO, and reporting as described on our pricing page.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP. A one-time setup fee applies to new clients. All subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. After the guarantee period, subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

Content approval

All generated content is submitted for client approval before publication. Parallel Agents is not responsible for content that has been approved and published by the client.

Platform access

Clients grant Parallel Agents necessary access to their marketing platforms (Shopify, Mailchimp, social accounts, ad platforms) to deliver services. Access credentials are stored securely and used only for service delivery.

Liability

Parallel Agents' total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Intellectual property

Content generated for clients becomes the client's property upon payment. Parallel Agents retains the right to use anonymised case studies and aggregate performance data for marketing purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
